This was an amazing wedding! I literally just met the bride and groom the day of and I cried during their vows. Their words were so real, tears of happiness amongst everyone who witnessed these two wed.

I showed up to the ceremony which was held in the backyard of the groom’s parents house that he grew up in. Not to mention that his father is a genius when it comes to landscaping… seriously you should have seen how beautiful it was.

Champagne and oysters for everyone before the ceremony even began, everyone mingling awaiting for the bride to arrive.

Clusters of family and friends stood around Joanna and Alexis as they laughed and cried with the commissioner. Even though there were over a 100 guests it felt so intimate and personal.

This was my very first wedding where I was hired to photograph using film. It was AMAZING! Of course I brought my digital and snapped a few shots, but I focused on capturing the couple and details while shooting with my Yashica Twin Lens… oh the anticipation.

I will post those images once they get back from developing. But for now here are some sneak peeks…
